MSI KT4 ULTRA -SR help

hey ppls just got a mis kt4 untral -sr and i am having some problems installing the D-Bracket™2 it says to stick the usb plug into the slot provided but is dosent go in ther is a slot with a blue sournding where it can fit in???
can anyonw tell me where it goes?????

uhh i think thats it (is the end of the dbracket blue too?, if so then thats it)
