what cpu are you running?
there is a limit that no matter what you do, sooner or later you will hit a wall. im running a p3 800@960 and have hit the wall. unless you can get more voltage from the board, by hacking it.but what board?
what cpu?
if your getting errors, turn it down a bit and see if it runs good. then try burning it in for a few days and try again
WinME is your problem!! Sorry couldn't resist!! But it might be. I haven't heard of that problem before. Sorry I can't help.
sorry horsecock............mysignature should appear now,
i have a 1ghz athlon tbird and an abit kt7a mobo,
it willrun alnight at 1070mhz, but as soon as i put it upto108x10 it will run ok but things like quake3 and 3dmark2000 give these problems.. only upgraded last night, do chips really need running in or are u taking the proverbial urine........
You connected the L1 bridges ??
Try a lower multiplier and the fsb at the 133/33 setting see if she boots. The mother board is cool to run at 133 fsb so go 8x133 try it out.{make sure you pick 133/33 from under the 100 fsb setting cause the pci will stay stock at 33.
Also ram and add in cards like a nic card can also give you trouble when you run the fsb high cause you change the pci bus as well.
You may be running your memory to high. Even though you are at 108fsb your memery divider could be set to 100/133 if this is the case set your memory to the same speed as the cpu and you should be able to go higher.
