The reason your 800e is better, is because with the set multiplyer, if gives you more head room on the fsb. (default is 100)

With the AMD chips, this doesnt matter, since you can change the multiplier. (for overclocking purposes, they are the SAME chip)

Get the 200fsb one if you can, they are cheaper, and you can move the multipler down, and change the fsb to 133 by yourself later on.

Example: 200fsb Tbird1200 is 12x100 = 1200Mhz
You can unlock it, and change the multiplier...
9x133 = 1197Mhz. If you had bought the 266fsb Tbird, you would still only have a 9x133 = 1197 (they call it 1200) chip. So you end up with the same thing.

As I understand, all 1200 TB's are unlocked from the factory, so you wont have to worry about doing it yourself. Plane and simple... unless you have pc100 ram, and arent willing to upgrade, the 266fsb 1200 is a waste of $$$.

With the AXIA, you shouldnt have any problems gettig some nice overclocking going on, on top of all of that <g>.

Hope this helps
