8RDA rev1.1 no error but...

i have the system in my sig and well it doesnt boot... all appears be fine i ran it with bar minimum and yet to vid display reseated the ram the vid the IDE's i havnt reseated proc. reseated all the power cables everything and no vid display HDD grinds as i usually does but doesnt try to boot into windows the little LCD temp readout doesnmt display an error code it displays its horribley read 75 unless thats in F not C. i touch the hs to see if it was hot and it was kinda cold... the initial boot DID work but it gave me some POS windows error... it was improperly shut down and would need to be rebooted then it gave me the no vid BS... and suggestions beyond reseating of the proc... because im doing that now
