You might not get very good timings by running a mismatched-pair in dual channel, but it will work.

I have a stick of xms3500c2 that I'm running in dual with a Twinmox pc3700. I have it running at 416Mhz 2-3-2-6, which would probably work fine for you in 3:2 at 305Mhz FSB.

Generally both sticks need to have the same density and be populated the same (i.e. both double-sided or both single-sided).

Very nice. I wish I could nail 315. So far I have posted at 310 but it wont complete a 3dmark.
