WCPUID RAM reporting: QDR type?

[note that this is for a friend's comp, which is why I'm unsure]

When using WCPUID and looking at System Bus, the program says "System Bus [403.59] Mhz QDR"
My question is, what does the QDR translate to? I'm pretty sure its the type of RAM he has, which is what we're trying to figure out. Its Pentium4 1.90Ghz that he got from AlienWare back June 2002.

it means, system bus is 100 mhz quad data rated to 400 mhz
nothing to do with ram
