Swivel Nnotebooks?

Hi,

If you have any experience with a notebook whose lcd can be rotated 180 degrees and folded on top of the keyboard, please, let me know what is your opinion.

I plan to get a notebook soon but am also interested in Tablet PCs, and then it accured to me - why not get one that can be both.

However, I am afraid that the joint between the LCD and the body will brake. Also, I am conserned that with a resolution of 768x1024 (in portrait mode), most web pages will not have enough place to display harizontally - only 768 but the vast majority of web pages are designed for at least 800.

I've used an Acer at work that seemed to have a highly secured joint. It felt like very sturdy construction, and although it's true that it hadn't been used heavily, I'm sure that's something the manufacturer will have taken into consideration.
