I just got my processor P2.8 and my fan Zalman CNPS7000-Cu, thanks to those for the advice on the fan. now my question is I had the Corsair Twinx 1024-3700 memory modules already installed. the where paired up with a 1.8 Pentium chip 266fsb so the where not going as fast as they could. so now that I got my new P2.8 chip overclocked @20% to 3.38 ( I used the overclocking feture in the bios)

but when it boots up the screen says 400Mhz instead of 467Mhz is it me or do I have to manually change it in the bios, because I read that the memory modules automatically change these settings

how can I tell if I am getting all the juice out of these modules, I don't want to overclock them I just want to get them to run at the advertised speed.

as always thank you in advanced

in order to run DDR466, you need to set the memory to DDR400 and raise the FSB to 233.

Set it all manually. The AI OC dealy is a bit flakey IMO.
