Best combo?

What is the best combo for overclocking an Athlon? I am very unfamilar with the hardware that is currently available for doing such, as the machine I am currently running is a Celery 300a@464 and have been doing so for almost 3 years (holds up well for the test of time I guess), and now I am very interested in switching to an AMD, and would like advice.
