ah ok first 2 now 3 :|

ok i notice sum wired crap going on in my comp first i have 2 files called svchost.exe in the tesk manger showing now 3 here is what the task manger show them as
svchost.exe 3,232 K
svchost.exe 5,196 K
svchost.exe 5,152 K
how come there is 3 exact same files?

I was confused about the multiple SVC hosts running on my computer too, so I decided to do some research.

From the Miscrosoft KB

The Svchost.exe file is located in the %SystemRoot%\System32 folder. At startup, Svchost.exe checks the services portion of the registry to construct a list of services that it needs to load. Multiple instances of Svchost.exe can run at the same time. Each Svchost.exe session can contain a grouping of services, so that separate services can run, depending on how and where Svchost.exe is started. This allows for better control and easier debugging (of programs).

To sum it up. Multiple SVCHOSTS.EXEs can run at the same time and is normal.

That particular virus has been known since 2002 ( link ) so as long as you have antivirus with updates you should be fine

hm... I have 9 svchost.exe processes running . Naw, it's not a virus.

You might want to try some of the guides at blkviper.com to see about disabling services that you aren't using, and free up some resources.
