You must make sure your HSF is properly seated on your CPU core, and that you have used a proper amount of thermal compound. I don't have a lot good to say about the CoolerMasters, and if you are looking for a good spot to pick up an ALPHA or GlobalWin, try http://millisec.safeshopper.com/index.htm

One time, I had the CPU temp like 62c+ on my duron 650@725; I removed the heat sink, reseated it and the whole thing go down to 35C, not under load. Also I used the modified Cooler master with a 80X80 Sanyo Denki fan. And it is a great modification, The CPU never gets higher than 44C under load at 145x5=725mhz. The Sanyo denki fan, called Petit Ace, is fairly quiet, 29dba at 2900 rpm and 36 cfm. I got the fan at Fry's. The spec of the Sanyo fan, part number is 109R0812H4011, is at http://www.sanyo-denki.com/BLDCresult.asp
Now I push harder on the CPU, 145X6.5=870mhz, the CPU temp under prime95 is around 47-48C. I think that is good enough for me though.

Im runnin a Duron 800@933(133x7.0) a A7V133a.
am using thermoengine HS/F was still gettin temps of round 61c full load (ambient room temp here in Brissy,Australia is round 33 lately).
i simply removed powersupply from case and mounted outside (only mini tower, board just fit
) added a blow hole on top with old cpu fan and added a fan blowing on back of cpu socket (this alone dropped temp by 5c).im now runnin 52c full load.

Roll on winter.......
