is this chip any good?

Hi, I'm starting to build my new system in about a week, and I'm planning to overclock it after. What I was wondering is if I the AMD THUNDERBIRD 1000E SOCKET A OEM chip is good for overclocking??

The only way to know is to read the forums here, and try to get an AXIA code TBird, which, so far, has turned out to be an excellent overclocker.
