Right now I'm running at 250 fsb with a 5:4 mem ratio @2-3-3-7. I ahve 2 sticks of Corsair 512mb pc3500. I'm wondering what the best timigns would be to achieve the best overclock possible?

Welcome to the forums!!!

You should set your timings to 3-4-4-8, then go up with the fsb until you can't post. Then go back a couple of mhz and start lowering your timings 1 setting at a time.

There is no "perfect settings" as all systems are not created equal. You need to find the limits of your components yourself.

Bobby settings the timings to highest to find out the max FSB sounds good. However what should the voltage be for the RAM?

For example my RAM is 1.5V default.

I think you mean 2.5v for your memory. You should be able to do 2.75v w/o problems.
