I just got a new system built by me. I have a XP2600 333mhz FSB AXDA and JIUCB I cant seem to get it overclocked very high. it runs stock at 2.08 i got it at 2.1 with 200FSB and a 10.5 multi with 1.675 voltage. My ram is PC3200 I was just wondering what you think i should be able to get and what i need to do. also my MB is a MSI K7N2 Delta ILSR

EDIT:woops wrong section wanted it in AMD but dont think i can move it.:(

whats the highest overclock you can get before it crashes? could be PSU not handling the load, what kind you got?

and only mods can move and rename threads ;)

I have a 400w psu but it is a crapy name brand my vcore is kinda jumpy but it is stable in prime95 after uping it a little at stock it runs at 1.65 i got it at 1.675 because it droped below other wise and cause instable.

Edit: also i would like to get about 2.2 at around 400 FSB minimum if possible i think it should be and also my cpu at idle runs at 29 C loaded at 38 C the loaded one might be off cant remember lol.

Raise the voltage slowly from 1.675v to 1.75v, and try. It should be fine at those voltages, 29C. idle is pretty cold, so push it even to 1.775v. It should run after some burn in, at 200 x 11. Raise it from 180 x 11 slowly with the voltage to 200 x 11. It's only a 160 Mhz oc, the 2600+ and some voltage surely will handle it!
