From the generaly jibber jabber I hear, most 9800np's are equiped with samsung 3.3ns. Now dont get upset about the 3.3ns, these are good samsung chips for the most part, I have heard alot of people able to run the np at pro speeds.

Sure, Samsung is a good brand no matter what speed you get. The problem is some manufacturers are shipping Infineon 3.0ns chips which can barely get past 315mhz in some cases.

looks like 3.3ns.

I like how infineon prints on the ram modules and they say "3.3ns" and a nifty Infineon logo. :p

Has anyone heard how much better the 2.8ns memory does over the 3.3ns in overclocking?
