That's how i installed OS with no setup on ´my BIOS (tyan tiger, S2460)
0. must have 2 keyboards one normal and other with usb, normal keyboard to pass bios POST, usb to normal use after POST.
1.st do preinstall on other board until reboot request
2.nd take hdd off and put it on board with bad normal keyboard connector.
3.rd power on, and continue OS installation.
4.th take normal keyboard off, because if normal keyboard is on usb keyboard can't be used.
5.th continue installation until finished.
Still using my mobo (until next week ;-)
