I am using an Inwin Q2000 case.

I plan on using Evercool Aluminum 120mm fans from Xoxide.com
They are 84cfm.

I plan on using one in from for intake. Already modified front intake hole for 120mm. Using a God AWFUL noisy Y.S. Tech now.

One on the side case door as intake above northbridge and cpu.

The last one on the top as an exhaust.

Also I have on 80mm Thermaltake 80mm ( 37 cfm)next to the IO panel on the rear of the case as an exhaust.

Case Link : http://www.directron.com/cs-ful-iw.html ( Look at BACK VIEW to understand fan placement. CPU fan is about 4" towards front and 2" down from the CENTER line of the 80mm middle fan in rear of case.)

Do you think that the air flow is going to be proper? More positive air flow than negative. Trying to keep dust and heat out of the computer.

Any suggestions on fan placement is welcome.

I have NOT bought the fans yet but will be doing so soon.

By top do you mean above the PSU or in the top of the case itself? Im not sure on the dimensions from the pic, but you might be able to fit a 120 above the PSU. If you can, Id suggest having a 120 intake on the bottom front like you said, a 120 side intake like you said, but then a 120 exhaust above the PSU and a 120 blowhole. This would be a more balanced and efficient setup IMHO.
