First I am a nb. I have a amd tbird 700 and a k7t pro mb. i would like to over clock but not sure how to do it. I ve seen people ask what code you have. How do I find out what I have..Thanks very much in advance

Try looking at the home page under beginners link.
There is a plethora of how-to's around the different OC sites.
It's not hard, nor rife with "blue smoke and mirrors". You even learn a thing or two along the way.
