Ok, I can get 2 sticks of corsair BH-5 3500 stuff for a good price. Or 2 sticks of twinmos CH-5 3200. I guess the corsair would be better but I have to get 2 sticks of 256MB if I go w/ them. Hmm.

yes.. CorsairXMS3500 will be better. They come in Winbond BH-5, as you've mentioned. xms3500 sticks are known for tight timings at high FSBs.
