Just ordered two AMD 1.3 ghz TBirds

I ordered mine yesterday, and I ordered another (for my friend) today, I got a heat sink and fan for mine but when I asked about their heat sink and fan today, they said one came with it.
If anyone here has ordered one of these lately, do they come with a fan and heatsink, and if so, are they any good? I am also concerned for I know they never lapped them and they never used arctic silver for sure.
I hope someone here can answer this.

if you're looking to overclock, then the included hsf most certainly will not be enough. you'll have to invest a little extra in a good cooler. the alpha pal6035 and pep66, globalwin fop38, swiftech 462a and new millenium copper hsf are all excellent socket a coolers, and are well worth the money. i suggest you look into one before trying anything funky with your new processor.
