I'm curious to know what kind of Ram the OCers are using and their speeds.

The info I'm looking for is:
Ram Type (DDR...)
PC????
Overclocked Speeds (Single and dual chan if possible)
Manufacturer
anything else is a bonus too.

One 256mb stick of ram has samsung chips, the 512mb stick has infineon chips.

The cheapest ram available, but with the 1/5 divider, I can't go too much above 180 anyways.

SPD timings are: 2.5 - 3 - 3 - 6
And currently my timings are at: 2.0 - 2 - 2 - 5

Max clock: 165MHz

Mushkin High Performance PC2100 512MB DDR
Max clock: 208MHz @ 2.5-5-3-3, 2.8V

Corsair XMS3200 2x512MB Dual Channel
Max clock: 220MHz @ 2-5-2-2, 2.8V

A-data PC4000 2x256MB Dual Channel
Max clock: 287MHz @ 2.5-8-4-4, 3.1V

And a bunch of crappy modules in between...
