92mm-80mm fan adapter?

I'm looking for an adapter to use a 92mm fan on an AX-7. The only one I've found is at SVC. It's machined aluminum and it's a whopping $17.99. Anyone know where I can find one for $5-10?

Best that I can find is this, but I'd bet that you could get the job done as well with a thick piece of cardboard, or a yogurt container.

Thanks. I may end up fashioning my own. Shipping at FrozenCPU was $7 just for ground.
