How Can I 1.2@1.6 ?

I have Tried to get it to 1.5 and 1.6 i get @ 1.5 all these weird looking signs and beeps as i go into windows then it freezes and @ 1.6 is makes noises and then like goes into a standby my voltage is the default volatage i duno how to set it my chip is 1.2 266fsb AXIA ty. ReTiCuLe

I would start by having good heatsink . THen I would close all the L7 bridges to make it bootup at 1.85v default that should do it for you if your cpu has it in it. I couldnt get a duron 650 over 912 till I closed the L7 bridges now Im at 1050. You have to have good cooling though.

Well the cooling i oderd is a Global win with sum artc2 silver thermal gel i bought the $26 fan from milisec.com. hopefully then ill reach 1.5 or 1.6 if not ill be happy @ 1.4 thx .... ReT

Btw i wont be on the forum till thursday night or so i caught a real bad cold soar troat etc.. i know that has nuttin to do with OC but just leting yall know why im not postin stuff for a day or 2.

Btw Can you tell me how to close the L7 bridges and stuff and increase the voltage so i can run @ 1.6 or 1.5 cause im a newb to OC except i know how to do the multiplier and stuff in the bios i think i gota bring my A7v133 ASUS Mb back cause sum times when i startup this is @ non clocked it resets the Multiplier to default of 9.0x also during gaming my comp kept freezing after 1 hr of it on playing the game Rainbow six: Rogue Spear online if i gota set dip switches and stuff plz post it here on my how to do it ty for ur help every 1.
