Are these good? Ive seen some great mods...

my friend has one and theyre very light very nice looking with a good power supply... but.... my friends 1800xp runs at 50C when running at 1100mhz with a brand new thermaltake hsf with as3 i blame the case :D but then again he has no fans... my 2 cents confuse me
