also on the flexo pet covering. what sizes do i need for everything. i know 1/2" for the psu i think. but what about the small wires such as fan wires etc.

For the fan wires maybe just try some heat shrink

For teh small wires, like regular wires, use 1/4" FLEXO and some 5/8" shrink tubing
