I can't speak for a 650, but most 600s beg top be OC'd. You should consider a better HSF though. With my 600 running 10x100 @ 1.85V, it idled around 30C and peaked around 37C with a humble FOP-32 and an case temp around 22C.

I've got a T-BIRD 650 (blue core and factory unlocked) and haven't had much luck with it. I've tried it on an A7V and an A7V133, the best I can get with it is 850MHz. Much better luck with DURON 600's, two of them at over 1.1G

my 750 tbird can make up to 110x7,5=825mhz , not that good though. But my duron 650 is now running at 145x6=870mhz. Well, much less money, $50 vs $90, but more mhz. What can I do??? return the Tbird AT ONCE :-) :-) :-)

oh so is it true that it's easier to overclock Durons than T-birds?.. cauze I dont know much about new AMD chips.. I need to catch up! Can any ya get T-bird 650 to about what mhz?? give me the highest OC'ed mhz you got on the 650s for example.
