good case temps?

quicky: what are good case temps?.....I am runnen at 28idle 30 load...how is that.......my cpu temps are 45 idle 50 load.....this is cause I have my tornado at 2.5k rpm.....and I am using the 1.18 bios which sate my cpu temp as like 10 higher then beforeD)

the rule of thumb is between 26 to 28c for ambience and case temps...if you have good enough air flow...your ambience and case temps will be even or +1c over for case temps...for air cooling
