epox 8rda+ beta bios updater any good?

Hey all, is updating from the beta bios updater from epox safe, the one that does not require you to boot from a floppy, just straight up windows, TIA

its like any thing that flashes your BIOS...but with one added thing that can go wrong...just pray that windows doesn't error out while it is writting the BIOS bin file to the BIOS chip...

and like with any NF2...make sure you are not OCed when you flash the bios...either in windows or in DOS...
