BIOS settings & defog unlock

does anyone have the url to the bios settings page. It had an explanation of what all the various settings in the bios are (not a specific bios, but all bios) if you've seen it, i'm sure you know what I mean

Also, if I switch from the pencil trick, to the defog kit for my L1s will it get me extra MHz, or just be more permanent?

That wont get you more Mhz but it will just make it permenet for the bios thing ill look for you for the site as soon as I find it ill post it....ReTiCuLe
