Ok as you can see I have gotten it up a bit but I can't get the fsb up anymore without instability,
there are a lot of options for tweaking with this mob and I am not familiar with the tweaks...
can you help?

What motherboard do you have? I see it's based on the KT400 chipset but I don't see a brand or model.

It looks to me like you've got Crucial PC2100 which is pretty decent for PC2100. I've had a few sticks that did 166MHz but for now, here's what I'd do to it:

CAS: 2.0
RAS to CAS: 2
RAS Precharge: 2
Tras: 5
Interleave: 4-way

The memory should be able to run that just fine.

What HSF are you using? The CPU temp seems a bit high...is that at full load or idle? Tell us more and we can help you more.

Ok My board is a soyo sy-kt400 dragon lite
I am going to upgrade the hsf very soon....next few days, suggestions?
I have the stock hsf that came with the xp2400 cpu.
3 case fans....2 out, 1 in

Thermalright SK7, and a Thermaltake Smartfan II, from case-mod.com, or an SLK800U if your budget permits.

First of all, try to increase the front side bus as far as possible with the lowest multiplier possible, 13x in your case. You could tighten the timings, but I'd suggest leaving them as is for now, and increase the memory voltage if possible. It is a little better to be at, say 160mhz CL2.5 rather than 133mhz CL2. Once you max out with the front side bus, work on increasing the multiplier from there.
