Is that full load?
Or Idle, couse if thats idle and your full load is something like 58C or something, that aint good, but if your full load is 49C, that IS good. You shouldnt have to worry to much about those temps.

Under some heavy quake benchmarks it ran up to 51c then drops down to 48c in idle now. Should I have concern?????

Depending on the utility that you are using to read your temps, they may not be that high. I have a couple of ASUS boards and their program is said to read as much as 10C higher than the true temp. I have two DURONS running at over 1G and their temps run in the low 50's with no problem. I would keep an eye on them and watch for any unexpected increases in the readings. If you're running stable I wouldn't worry too much.
Some HSF's are also known not to do as good of a job as others, the "ORB's" in particular are said to be inferior.
