See my rig... Mine was working just fine and one day it did not like to detect any memory (C1 code) :s

Basically the same board, except for the RAID controller (it has 4 channels instead of 2). Mine has been running smoothly for months at 200MHz FSB. It's great for overclocking, even though it lacks the PCI/AGP lock.
I love this board!
