How fast can/should I go up to on my.....

I have an AMD K6-2/450Mhz
with a SiS 530 Motherboard
how fast can I go and still be stable?
And is it possible i can overclock my onboard SiS 530 video?

i had a k62500 on a jetway 530-bf (sis 530 chipset) with onboard sis video.it used to run 550 max (mobo even stated 550 was max speed)
so u should reach 550.
the onboard card is not overclockable.

any way im sure sis stands for ' Silicon Integrated ****'

Another Question,

Where the hell are the jumpers for the bus?
i found the multipliers and the voltage ones but i cant
seem to find the jumpers for the bus, i found the chart on the motherboard for the bus but its hard to read and i cant see any jumper names, they should be in a group of three and be like JP1,2,3?
