OK so I was looking at this, this morning.
OCZ Gold 2x256 sticks

I have the EL PC3700 2x256 and it is great. With my specs below I get around 6100 in Sandra. I actually use it like this, not just a benchmark.

What is the diffenence between EL and this?

Ignore that, i just realized it's the same thing.

I don't know too much on memory, but is this Dual Channel?
Is there a difference bewteen normal memory and Dual channel other then the fact that dual needs two sticks and the support from the mobo?

If I wanted to use this on an IC7-G, All I would need is two sticks for dual channel is that correct ?
