Need Help, Need a 50 Dollar Mobo ASAP!

WEll idid it again, i fryed my ROTC commanders mobo, and i was wondering what teh cheapest mobo possible i could get

I ahve a 1700+ Tbred im gunna put in it, but if it onyl goes up to .1.2 or 3 thats ok, thats what the old mobo ran at and Sarge was ok with it.

I need help fast guys.....
