IF you were considering getting this game for multiplayer etc i highly suggest you look elsewhere for your entertainment. been playing, or rather "trying" to play, the multiplayer demo the last few days. plagued by the worst lag i have ever seen in my life. you may have a ping of 100 one minute then 900 the next, topping off at aounrd 600. on top of this you will be lucky to play on a single server more than a few rounds. i honestly can't say anything good about it. the gameplay is the same old thing again. so...
BEWARE this game is a f'ing lemon waiting to sour your day.
yeah the servers are pretty bad. if they would only fix that the game would be awesome.

well, the potential is there for a good muliplayer game, if only they'd resolve the issues with it. i was in no way commenting on the singleplayer game since i have yet to try it. but for me, i have a hard time paying a good amount of cash for a game i'll play once and then just toss... if they'd just resolve the damn lag, dropped connections etc i would be singing another tune. keep in mind this is a demo, disgned to turn you on to it - what in the hell they were thinking i have absolutely no idea. i agree max, i haven't seen pings like this before.
