DL3TC Vs. DU3TC

If two proccessers were compared to each other and they were both AMD XP 1700+ JIUHB's would the defult volatge be the only difference between the DL and the DU? or is there also a difference in how far they can OC? Also would the same thing apply for the XP 2100+? and a third question would a DL3TC 1700 OC to the same max speed on adverage as a DL3TC 2100? These questions are asked basied that they were all on the same board and had the same cooling.

As far as everyone else knows, there aren't any dlt3c 2100's. The dut3c 2100's can overclock to the same max as a 1700 dlt3c if all other hardware is the same.

Between DLT3C and DUT3C, besides there is a 0.1 V or 100 mV difference in the rated Vcore, I think there are some intrinsic characteristic difference between the transistors in the two chips with rated Vcore, due to the silicon processs variations. And that the DLT3C to run fast at lower Vcore.

Why the 1700+ can run so fast at low Vcore?

Would the 1.5V DLT3C overclocks higher than the 1.6V DUT3C, why?
