AIDA32 reports 3000MBps...do I double that to get my actual bandwidth? it doesn't say DC anywhere in AIDA32 and this bios doesn't have a post message saying it's enabled....CPU-z says I'm DC but it also says that on my A7N8X-X rev2.0 which doesn't do DC.....any suggestions? thanks.

With AMD, dual channel makes little if any difference. This is because the processor can only handle the theoretical bandwidth of a single stick of DDR. 3000 seems pretty consistent with memory at 190-200fsb in dual channel.

thanks...just wanted some confirmation about what the bandwidth should read...i already knew about the DC vs SC...my a7n8x-x is only a few points behind in SC...

"With AMD, dual channel makes little if any difference."
A Britney works so much faster with dual channel(actually, the Britney supports 128-bit memory, which is not dual channel per say, but close enough).
