I hate to sound critical but if you expect people to actually reply to this with help, go back and type sentences. That jumbled mess is barely legible in its current form. Also you posted this in three seperate forums which probably is gonna get you into trouble with the mods. And my last recommendation is before you just jump in asking us to basically part together a cooling system, tell you where to buy it, tell you the price, etc do some research on your own by just reading through the stickies and both the water cooling and extreme cooling forums.

I'm counting two sentences.. Anyways.. Read around the forums. If you want to build a watercooling system it's not tough, but you need to learn how to do it yourself and which parts are good. You'll thank yourself later. As far as case fans if you want "the best" and you don't mind sound then go for some vantec tornado's. They push a whole heap.. Oh and what Animal said too... all of it..
