I just installed my new video card, and after I moded it and etc, my sound blaster driver got awped and the onboard nforce sound drivers isntalled themselves (not the soundstorm ones, the crap ones) and everytime I uninstall them, they reinstall themselves via xp. Is there a way I can disable this crap *** sound card thats onboard, so I can peacfully install my sound blaster drivers again, its really ****ing me off :(

i think this should solve your problem if not i need more info heh

Right click my computer and click properties,
Click on the hardware tab and click Device Manager,
click the plus next to sound, video and game controllers,
find the onboard nforce card and right click it and click disable

i think that should fix it, back when i was on my hp i had the same problem because i installed windows xp and i had a vodoo 3 and onboard video

Disable your onboard sound in the bios, then the drivers will not load in Xp.

DOesnt your mobo have the soundstorm??? That is a lot better than a sound blaster live. Just a thought.
