I'AM NEW TO OVERCLOCKING AND WOULD KNOW WHY MY MOTHERBOARD MANUAL SAY'S THAT THE CORE VOLTAGE CAN BE CHANGED FROM 1.30v TO 2.05v BUT IN THE BOIS THE OPTION ONLY LET YOU CHANGE UPTO 1.90v. MY MOTHERBOARD IS ABIT KA7 SLOT A .RUNNING 256mb OF PCI 133mhz AND HAVE INCREASED THE FSB TO 117mhz BOOT UP AT 944mhz IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET ANYMORE OUT OF THIS PROCESSOR. ANY HELP PLEASE

The reason you can't change voltage above 1.9 in the bios, is because jumperfree mode set not to allow more, so people could damage their cpu. However, you should be able to set voltage to 2.05V with the jumpers onboard. So again, see your manual about the jumpersettings. I know K7V can do the high voltages, so I asume it's ABIT counterpart can do that too.

Buy a GFD it changes the multiplier. I have the same mobo ( KA7) as you, and i have reached 1080 ( 108 x 10 ) the only problem was the L2. You need to lower the multiplier if you want to run above 1050 strong, and my Vcore was 1.9 you really dont want to go above that unless you have some super cooling. Also, OC by FSB creates an unstable system, your best thing to do : BUY A GFD :) they are cheap. I paid $45.00 w/ shipping for the TD2 from highspeedpc.com. Good luck.
