In South Africa there is only 2 resellers of water cooled products.
The one sells the Thermaltake Range and the other sells the Koolance range. I heard that the Thermaltake is not so hot a product. So now I am looking at the Koolance products. I can get the Exos or one of the pre-built case combo things. I do not mind which. But now the big question. I want something that will cool down an overclocked system, like in my sig. Not something that will just bring down the noise. Would the Koolance product be able to do this or should I just go and import something like Swiftech or WaterChill? Please, I need an answer asap.

Ouch... a 'lesser evil' discussion between Aquarius II and the Koolance...
If it boils down to this, Swiftech would blow away the others easily. The Koolance can be considered decent. The Waterchill looks like it could perform very well, but I don't know much about it. Avoid the Aquarius at all costs.

Could'nt you build one from parts? Or are you going for kit?
Parts wise you should be able to get whatever you wanted and see better results.

The problem is he has no reseller that offers individual parts.

I would like to build one from parts. Can almost get everything in South Africa, but I still have to import the water block or build my own. A pre-built kit would be most welcome. The Koolance Exos costs about $305 in South Africa. That is the best I can get?

Well, the general answer you'll get here is to avoid pre-built kits... almost all of them, that is. If you *can* get most of your parts individually, go for it. I'm importing *my* block from Australia :p, so that's not really that big of an issue. If you can get a custom system than definitely do that. The Koolance case will be beat by all but the shoddiest custom system. If you need help with part selection, just ask. You will see LOTS of people offer their opinions and suggestions.
But yes... AVOID the Aquarius II.

Well, we have a company that will build you a custom radiator called Silverton. Then tubing and a pump I can find at any pet shop or pool hardware shop. The big problem is the reservoir and the water block. Some help on those will be needed and where would I be able to get them?

You can build your own reservoir from parts from any plumbing shop (I imagine they have those where you live?). As for a block, if you are talking about importing some stuff anyhow, have you checked with Danger Den, D-tek and the like to see if they can do international shipping to you? In case you have not, let me give you some websites...
Danger Den (http://www.dangerden.com)
D-Tek (http://www.dtekcustoms.com)
Good luck.
EDIT: Just checked and D-tek DOES do international shipping, and you can get everything you could possibly need from them if you want to build your own. You will need to email or call Danger Den to see if they do international though.

You don't have to have a resevoir. Personally, I prefer having one, but the general opinion I've seen on this forum is that a T-line resevoir is better. I won't get into the merits of either system, but the fact remains that you don't HAVE to have a resevoir. Are you familiar with what a T-line is? If you really *do* want a res (like me) you could just build one. Does mcmastercarr.com ship to South Africa? You could build a very nice acryllic res for $20-30 in parts.
For your waterblock... are you sure you have no other options? Nobody will import a block to you? Maybe you could try to get on Cathar's waiting list for a cascade. I'm getting mine in a week or so. I'm pretty sure he ships internationally. There *has* to be someone that has decent shipping to South Africa. I'll look around for you.

For a country that has been there before the US, I still cannot believe almost no one ships to us. Damn. I heard about the t-line thing. Any thread that explains it? Also what is Cathar's website?
Thanks for all the help.

if you have the tools and the copper, try for one of these

You need a drill press, and a dremel, and a saw, but if you have those things, this shouldn't be too difficult a project.
