I'm looking at getting an 87 Chevette heater core ($17) Quiet One 1200 ($22) and an MCW5000 block for my setup. I have a 1.2 Tualatin Celey right now, and am planning on getting a AMD setup in the near future. Do you guys think that this is a good setup that will work for both systems?

Sounds like a good setup to me, the Swiftech block will swing either way, though you'll need to get the amd mounting kit for the block later if you haven't already. Congrats!
Edit: I'm an idiot, you said Tualatin  . I see Intel and immediately go into P4 mode, you've already got all you need. :D

I plan on getting the AMD block since it comes with the clips.

I've got everything on order now. I got the Quiet One 1200, the MCW5000A is in the mail with 1/2" I.D. barb fittings, a chevette heater core in the mail, and I got 5/8" O.D. tubbing with all the other little things needed. My next decision to make is whether I should put a t-line in or a reservoir.

Looks like I'll be leaning towards the t-line. Can some of you guys lead me to some good tips on making one and could ya'll post some pics?

Im the kind of guy who votes for neither. I prefer skip both. Just fill and bleed it and shut it.
Just make sure you get all the air out:)

Thanks for all the replies guys, you have helped me out tremendously. I am just waiting to get all my components in the mail and then a few more parts from Home Depot. I will have my WC system up and running hopefully by next monday, if autozone gets me my heater core!

I'll have all of my components in this evening. I'll be putting the system together on Sunday. I'll have some pictures up as soon as I can get them.
Peace,
Moot
