I just got my RMA'd Duron 600 back from AMD. It is a week 01, not sure of the code though.

I currently have it running at 6x155 or 933mhz @ 1.65v. HS/F is FOP32-1 and current temps are 104f under Full SETI load.

My problem is that the KK266 is giving me problems with the 6.5-7.5 multipliers. It is a Rev 1.2 board, but no luck at those multipliers (even at 133FSB).

My memory is all but maxed out (Kingmax PC133) so what should I do? -or- should I just be happy to get 933 out of my 600?

Yo Mike, you did unlock the L1 (multiplier) traces on your CPU didn't you?

You should probably up your voltage also.

Yeah, as long as your temps don't go much above 50C (120f) you can raise the voltage as much as you like - I'd have thought to at least 1.8 before temps become a problem. That ought to get you the gig :-)

Yes, I used the good old Pencil trick....maybe I should re-do it.

Current temps are 42c with the FOP32-1. I will play around some more and let you know how it works...

Okay guys, Pencil trick was FUBARd so I re-did. Now running 1008mhz (6.5x155) @ 1.8v and 46c.

CPU code is AMCA

Had some problems being stable at higher speeds, so thats it for now. Not bad for an air-cooled 600.
