Well im leaving tomorrow for a trip to carolina beach, i wont be posting here for a week :((like i post much anymore any ways....i really used to like general chat:rolleyes: ) but anyway to make this post count here i would like to find a mp3 player to buy for the trip. Does anyone have any suggestions? I like the look of the ipods but im totally open to suggestions.

Get a cheap portable mp3/cd player with a car kit or a FM transmitter from Radio Shack. Burn a bunch of CDs. If you have a tape deck you could be in iot for about $50 and the cost of CDRs if not add $20-30 for the transmitter.

The iPod is great but would suck if you banged it up or lost it.
