AVIA's are also very good overclockers, I haven't seen much on them yet, but what I have read has said that they are as good as the AXIA's. You're all good to go. Good Luck.

okay...i cant decide. suggestions?

AXIA 1.33 chip; no guarantees
AVIA 1.3 chip; no guarantees
AVIA 1.2 chip; overclocked to 1356 @ default voltage; this is as far as the guy could test cuz he has an older mobo.

Go with the 1.33, you are starting off only 27MHZ slower than the OC'd 1200. All of the 1.33 I have read about have killed in OCing, think about it, if the 1GHZ AXIA can hit 1.4, 1.5GHZ, the 1.33 AXIA(or AVIA) would really fly!

i have an avia 1.2 that can hit 1.4 ghz. it seems that you have a better chance of a higher oc with an axia, but avia is a good second choice.

Depends on the prices, but I'd say the AVIA 1.2 is probably the worst choice unless it's a lot cheaper.

My AVIA 1.2 runs at 1403 at default voltage....elsewhere in these forums I've posted a coupe of pics of its temp etc after full benchmarking at 1450..ran for 2hrs on sisofts cpu burnin...no lockups at all...I actually got it to benchmark at 1501 but it crashed saving the file (unrecoverable)...It posts at 1550 but immediately locks going into windows. If I had some more voltage I'm sure I could get a stable 1.5G

AVIA and AXIA have virtually identical OC potential. It doesn't matter what the speed rating is listed as. The AXIA/AVIA is the mark of a great OC. Don't you guys read what Ed writes anymore?

Go with the 1200 AVIA. If you don't want it, send the guy my email and I'LL probably buy it (if he has a good price).

Or post here, and I might see it in a couple days.
