NF7-S v2.0 DDR voltage... why is 2.6v the minimum option?

If DDR ram is designed to run with a voltage of 2.5v, why does the NF7-S only give me the option of 2.6v or higher? Add to that the fact that the NF7-S overvolts the ram as well, so 2.72v is the lowest voltage possible for the ram. What is up with this? I have read that 2.7v should not hurt the ram at all, but it is still an issue I'm curious about.

Abit is notorious for undervolting is my guess. Not that it matters.
