Got a virus? Yep! Fix it, HOW?

Well it is quite simple to work out what this is about. i ran myself a virus check and found i had two main "groups" of viruses and the program couldn't fix one group. it came up with "Tanked.B" Unable to disinfect.

Why do people make viruses? can we kill them(Either one really virus or virus maker)?

More importantly how do you fix this problem with the Tank thingy

That all worked out well and I am free of the little bugger. No idea how I got it but glad it is gone. Thanks for the help. Still wish somebody would kill the buggers who make things like this.
