Does the 8rda+ support 400mhz FSB?

im confused about that because the pcstats review said it does support 400mhz fsb but the epox website (and newegg) say it only supports 333. Whats the deal?

Yes. Just update BIOS and you're all set...

Early BIOSes had no support because those new chips weren't out yet.

If you get a new one with an A1/C1 Northbridge.. I just got one from Newegg a day or two ago and it has the newer NB.

Yeah I know, BIOS displays "Ultra" on those most recent 8RDA+s, doesn't it?

does that mean it has the ultra 400 nforce2 chip or the bios just says that for some reason?

Yes, it should only display it with the A1 stepping northbridge which 'officially' supports 200 FSB.
