right now i have my fan blowing on my hsk wich is better having it blowing air on the hsk or sucking air off the hsk
 
YOu have to make sure which way your hsf is running. Most of them blow ONTO the heatsink but there are a few then SUCK air off the heatsink. If yours is sucking air off the heatsink and your other fan is blowing onto the heatsink your MIGHT get too much turbulance and it will NOT be as effective. Just my 2 cents worth.
 
what phishy said.. usually most heatsinks work better by blowing onto the heatsink but a few work better sucking the air away =d the best way is to try out both ;d most of teh thermalright heatsinks erqures you to blow air ont o it
